Surrounded by fields and olive groves, since 1973 it has evolved into an elegant hotel, paying homage to its gracious Elban farming roots and enduring Elban historic legacy. The property extends to the sea, where a XVIII century old wall used to protect vignards and olive trees from the sea winds force and now stands as a privacy wall to the beach.

Guests at The Fabricia Hotel can enjoy our Elban sea using our private beach, which offers an outstanding panorama overlooking the Portoferraio bay. The beach features a wooden dock for small boats, umbrellas and lounge chairs, changing rooms and showers. Guests may also wish to experience the charm and natural character of the countryside enjoying the sea water swimming pool and large outdoors Jacuzzi. From the top of our XVIII Century wall that separates the beach from the inner hotel park, a sun deck offers breathtaking sunsets and a unique panorama, especially at night, when the Portoferraio Medici fortresses are all lit.

Food & Beverage

The Fabricia Hotel features a variety of three dining area choices. Each of these has its own distinct atmosphere, all offering excellent cuisine served in the casually elegant surroundings and with the true Tuscan hospitality for which the Fabricia Hotel is famous. Lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant, breakfast and cocktails are served in the garden, a snack around the swimming pool's gazebo, along with drinks at the bar in the evening. The swimming pool gazebo, a local favourite for casual lunch fare, is just that-cozy and comfortable. Lunch fare consists of fresh salads, pasta and unique sandwiches.
